You’ll find there’s one thing that makes Ivy House different - the atmosphere. From the minute you arrive, you are welcomed into our home as our guest and friend, not a customer. A ‘Home from Home’ is a phrase frequently used by our guests.

Complimentary tea/coffee when you arrive home each day, advice on where to go and what to do, and evenings spent in long ranging conversations in our comfortable lounge in front of a roaring log fire are all part of the Ivy House experience.

Normally we do not take children under the age of 16. However, we do for such occasions as a Birthday, Anniversary or family gathering when you book all the rooms. ‘Well behaved’ dogs are always welcome.
