TERMS & CONDITIONS

Reservations

Reservations are secured with a deposit of £15 per person per day, payable by debit/credit card or cheque. A provisional booking will be kept for a maximum of seven days pending the arrival of a deposit cheque.

Cancellations

Deposits are non-refundable unless we are able to re-let the room. For cancellations within 24 hours of the arrival time, we reserve the right to charge the full fee for the booking. For reservations of 7 or more days we strongly advise you take out cancellation insurance. Please contact us should you require further information.

Payment

In order to keep our costs down, and ultimately charges to you, our preferred method for payment in order of preference are:
CASH, DEBIT CARD, CHEQUE, CREDIT CARD

Smoking

Ivy House is a non smoking establishment, having a 'Smoke Free Zone Award' from Derbyshire Action on Smoking.

Arrival & Departure

Guests are welcome at Ivy House anytime after 4pm during their stay and are requested to vacate their room by 11am each day.

Dinner

Complimentary pre-dinner drinks are served at 7.30pm with dinner shortly thereafter. We are not licensed, but guests are welcome to bring their own wine for which there is no charge.
